They ensure team members obtain necessary credentials and skills to effectively perform job functions with a focus on developing and recruiting talent. They account manage the banking center's portfolio of key business clients to attract, retain and expand relationships. Requirements:Â Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of sales management experience in the financial industry with a focus in relationship building and lending. Proven sales skills with business to business experience is essential. Knowledge of business and retail lending, customer service skills, and demonstrated leadership ability is fundamental.
